Didn't Mean To...

V-Day itself went well for me...

We watched Jumper on 14th Feb after work. Disappointing, not as great as I expected. I Am Legend was waayyy better. As it was getting late, we went home after walking around Tampines Mall for a bit.

Da next day, ma turn to treat him... we went to Pizza Hut Toa Payoh to dine cos that was where we worked & met for da first time... but on da 3rd day...

I felt like such a pig.

I told him something which shouldn't have even be let out in da 1st place. Something that I really, really didn't wanna hurt him with.

When he already knew that I wanted to get him a new a new Garskin for his PSP Lite, cos I didn't know what to give him for Valentine's, he wanted to pay for it on his own.

U could have used da same amount of money to scout for a surprise gift for me, I blurted out.

Why oh why did that have to come out?

Well before that we had a little arguement but that did not mean that I would change ma mind about buying it for him. I am by no means materialistic, but if he didn't say that he will pay for it himself, I wouldn't have said that in da first place cos that certainly sounds like a spite.

And probably I was hurt that he didn't seem to appreciate ma gesture? I really do not know how that thought came to ma mind.

He felt bad about it da rest of da day... about not buying me anything for Valentine's.

I am really sorry. I do not mean that u should buy presents for me on EVERY occasion.

...but I think u should learn how to be more sensitive to da feelings of others so that the unexpected can't happen.

Once again baby, I am sorry for what I said. Thanks for still being a sweet guy to me at the end of da day.
