Again, So Little Time, So Much To Do...

Sorry for da lack of updates of late :(. No I ain't slacking. So many things are happening at da same time rite now. Big changes. But that's another story altogether.

Cabbage patch has had day surgery this afternoon at TTSH. Yan & I couldn't stand her scratching & pawing on her swollen & itchy eyelids which hasn't healed despite medication for weeks. So we decided to set up an appointment yesterday for a minor op to burst her swollen upper & lower lids :S. Even setting up da appointment took da whole day for us. We had to see about 2 doctors & 3 medical personnels before we finally secured an appointment date, which was today. It was so time-consuming... by da time I met da last medical officer, I had this fucked-up sour face. We were all so tired from waiting & waiting in those cold receptions & rooms. Sadly, it was da same today too. Luckily this time we had our own room to rest in while waiting for her op. There was tv & phone as well.

Thank God for da toys given & da tv in da room, to keep her occupied while waiting.

Yet another ugly picture of me. Yeah I look washed out I know :S. Didn't have enuff sleep.

One of da sweet doctors blew up a latex glove for ma daughter as a balloon. Look at da cute drawings on it :).

She woke up kicking & screaming from da pain after the op. And probably she was still groggy from da general anesthesia given during surgery. Poor daughter of mine... I love u sweet darling.

Yan's taking care of her in da morning tomorrow while it will be ma turn when I come home from work in da evening. Cabbage patch is still asleep :/. From da time the op ended, till now. But before we went home she did wake up on & off. Sheesh... this means that she'd probably wake up at night tonight.

And I am working in da morning. Great. Just great.

Sleep is a luxury, nowadays.

PS: And to Yan, despite all the ugly things that has been happening between us, I have to say that u're still da responsible father I used to know & still know. I acknowledge that & I thank u so much for your commitment to our child. And although we're separating soon, thanks for putting our differences aside during this time.I really appreciate it.
